My Services

It takes courage to reach out for help only to hope the person you have selected to share your challenges with, will actually help you. This is why I look for the most efficient ways to unlock the path to feeling better as quickly as possible. The main modalities I use are EMDR, mindfulness, helping you get in touch with your own inner wisdom and learning how to trust yourself again, frequency therapy, Reiki, stem cell patches using light frequency, and helping balance your brain and gut with supplements, amino acids, and balanced meal plans.

EDMR + Anxiety + PTSD

Most people I work with are able to process through specific incidents that are the root cause of problems in 1-6 sessions per incident. Once these incidences have been properly dealt with, people find they are much calmer, able to focus, sleep better, set healthy boundaries with others in all arenas of their lives.

Amino Acids & Mental Health

Key components to heal this both preventing and reversing these issues are, changing your nutrition and adding good quality supplementation. Cutting out sugar, processed food as much as possible, eating as much fresh, organic foods as possible.

Stem Cell Activation

Stem cells are the holy grail of healing. The way they have been introduced into the body until now have been harvesting stem cells from other people or other animals even and then injected into the body. The cost has been astronomical with people spending thousands of dollars and often traveling to have this procedure done.

Creating your best life requires providing the best for your body. I am on a lifelong mission to prove the myths we have been told wrong. I am always on the lookout for the best tools and products on the market which will make a real difference in your life. I use them myself and when I have my own positive results I share it with you so you too have an opportunity to create your best life. Without health (physical or mental) life isn’t worth much.

I have spent my life watching and hearing how people suffer so much physically and mentally and never get better while going to doctor after doctor and various therapists.

How am I different? I am not fond of giving a diagnosis at first. From a lifetime of experience personally and over 20 years professionally what I have seen is, most people are burdened with life experiences. Negative experiences, no matter how long ago, are frozen and stuck in a dysfunctional manner in your brain and body. These events affect the rest of your life in subtle ways on a deep subconscious level, no matter how long ago it happened, even when you have already forgiven the people who caused the problems, it can still be creating those knee jerk reactions to certain stimulation.

This is where and why I love to implement EMDR as quickly as possible with most people because I’ve seen my clients gain the biggest and quickest leaps in finding peace, confidence, and clarity.

In my book Achieving Peace, Purpose, and Prosperity, I share how even the little t-traumas have a huge impact on the rest of our lives by imprinting negative beliefs from which we operate. At the end of each chapter, there are exercises for you to work through the steps to unlocking yourself from the past so you can step into the future of your design.
